Policies policy and procedures

PAYMENT~ I require full payment to be paid to secure your date on my calendar. I  ask that payments are made within 48 hours of receiving your payment link or invoice that I send. 

~REFUNDS: Your order is refundable for up to 24 hours after I have received your payment. If I were to make a mistake in anyway I will always do my best to make it right! 

~ PICKUP/DELIVERY: The order date is the date of pickup/ delivery. I cant always accommodate pickup / delivery changes but please reach out if you have any questions. I  do not charge for delivery unless it was super far out of my area I  may charge a small fee, but I  am always happy to deliver. 

~INSPIRATION: I love when you send me inspiration photos! But They are inspiration photos for a reason. Your cookies will not be perfect replicas, but I  will try my best to keep it close.

~RUSH ORDERS: I cant always accommodate all last minute orders, but I  will make my best efforts to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee if accepted. 

~COOKIE PHOTOS: Photos of your cookies will not always be accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. 

~ONCE YOU'VE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER: Once you pickup your order, what happens to your cookies is all on you! Please keep the safe and cool! Do not put them in the refrigerator and if you want to freeze them please let me know and I  can provide you instructions.
